Karate - Handbridge Karate Club
Established in May 1969, fully affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain. The KUGB is by far the largest and most successful single-style association in Great Britain.
Handbridge Shotokan Karate Club is a Totally Non Profit making club where KUGB-licensed members train under Sensei Michael O’Connor 7th Dan assisted by Sensei Dave Roberts 4th Dan and Sensei George Craggs 3rd Dan.
Wednesday Pub Night - Social Committee
Join us every Wednesday from 18:00 to 22:00 at the Village Hall for our friendly Pub/Social night! It's a great opportunity to connect with your neighbors and enjoy a relaxed evening together. Just remember to bring your own food and alcoholic drinks to share and savor. We can't wait to see you there!

Origin 8 provides Pilates classes every Tuesday morning, 9 am - 11 am, during school term time.

Wellbeing Wave - Gong meditation
The gong as a meditation tool has been around for thousands of years. The sound waves can interrupt the brainwave patterns of your busy, stressed mind and allow access to the more semi-conscious, dream-like brainwave states similar to just before sleep. Vibrations from the gong can ripple through the body and release emotional blockages and stress
Lie under your warm blanket and mat – close your eyes - drift off to the sounds of the gong – no participation needed – leave the rest to me. Monthly gong meditation delivered in beautiful surroundings.
