Please take note of the following questions to make sure you comply with the law: Will you be SERVING alcohol? a) Will you be charging for admission & serving alcohol? b) Will you be SELLING alcohol? c) Will you be holding a raffle or tombola with alcoholic prizes? You will need a ' Temporary Events Notice ' if you answered yes to any of these questions. This takes at least 12 working days from the Cheshire West & Chester Licences Dept. Separate Cost of £21.00
Cancellation Policy
All bookings excluding Weddings can be cancelled and rescheduled up to one week before the scheduled date, a full refund on cancelation availible and processed within 30 days of the cancelation. Weddings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 30 days before the date of the booking, a refund minus the 20% reservation fee availible and processed within 30 days of cancelation. Please note that parties for ages 16 and 18 are strictly prohibited.
