The price advertised is £1000 venue hire and a £250 refundable Damage Deposit, returnable within 30 days of the completion of the booking if the Hall and its grounds remain undamaged. The Village Hall does not have an Alcohol licence. Please take note of the following questions to make sure you comply with the law: Will you be SERVING alcohol? a) Will you be charging for admission & serving alcohol? b) Will you be SELLING alcohol? c) Will you be holding a raffle or tombola with alcoholic prizes? You will need a ' Temporary Events Notice ' if you answered yes to any of these questions. This takes at least 12 working days from the Cheshire West & Chester Licences Dept. Separate Cost of £21.00
Cancellation Policy
All bookings excluding Weddings can be cancelled and rescheduled up to one week before the scheduled date, a full refund on cancelation availible and processed within 30 days of the cancelation. Weddings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 30 days before the date of the booking, a refund minus the 20% reservation fee availible and processed within 30 days of cancelation. Please note that parties for ages 16 and 18 are strictly prohibited.
